"Easy to get into my account"
So far, logging in has been really easy for me. It works whenever I need it, and I haven’t had any random lockouts or annoying issues yet. that’s how it should be, right?

"I joined ACEP mostly for the resources..."
I joined ACEP mostly for the resources, i’m glad I trusted my instinct on it. The membership fee has felt worth it for me. The clinical updates, policy info, and event discounts all come in handy, especially when I’m busy and don’t have time to search all over the place. I also like feeling a little more connected to what’s happening in emergency medicine. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m happy with the value

"Just really useful clinical info"
I’ve found the ER resources really helpful overall. Some pages are just a little hard to track down, but once you find them, the info is useful.

"Finally, CME that didn’t make things harder"
I’ve had such bad luck with CME stuff before, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this was actually really useful and simple enough to get through without feeling like I was being set up to struggle. Nice to finally have something that doesn’t waste my time

"Helpful career info, though a little scattered"
I used ACEP mostly to look up career resources and job-related info. From what I saw, some of the pages were helpful, especially for getting a general sense of different emergency medicine paths. I didn’t go through every single section, so maybe there’s more there that I missed, but the site felt a bit scattered and I had to click around more than I expected. Overall it’s not bad, I just think it could be easier to navigate and maybe a little more current in some areas.

"I was feeling pressured trying to..."
I was feeling pressured trying to sort through some ER policy details, and this was actually helpful. The guidelines seemed credible and gave me a bit more confidence in what I was looking at

"The updates were relevant and mostly..."
The updates were relevant and mostly easy to understand, but I was a bit disappointed. I was hoping for a little more detail or something that felt more complete.

"I found this helpful overall. The ER-related..."
I found this helpful overall. The ER-related articles had some useful info, and it’s the kind of thing that’s worth reading if you’re looking into that sort of stuff...

"Renewal was simple and straightforward"
I renewed my ACEP membership on acep.org and it was painless. The billing page was clear, the renewal amount was shown before I paid, and there weren’t any surprise charges at checkout.
I also got my email receipt right away, which I appreciated. I had checked with support beforehand and they basically said, “you’ll be able to review everything before submitting payment,” and that’s exactly how it worked. Easy 5 stars from me

"ACEP definitely has some solid resources, and I..."
ACEP definitely has some solid resources, and I can see why a lot of members get good value out of it. For me, though, the dues feel a bit high compared to what I actually use. I’d feel better about it if there were more flexible pricing options for people who don’t take advantage of every benefit.

"Feels like someone is actually paying attention"
I’m tired of signing up for organizations or services that send a bunch of updates but don’t seem to do much. ACEP has felt different. Their advocacy updates are actually easy to read, and they stay focused on the big issues we’re dealing with in the ER. It feels like they’re not just making noise — they’re actually trying to move things forward

"Found what I needed easily"
The site worked well for me, and the pages loaded quickly. I did think some of the menus felt a little crowded, but maybe that’s just me. Either way, I was still able to find the info I needed without too much trouble.

"Helped me out fast"
I had a question about my account on acep.org and figured it would take forever, because that's how these things usually go. But support got back to me quickly and actually answered the question I asked, instead of making me go through a bunch of pointless back and forth. Everything felt simple and easy, which is basically all anyone wants. Overall, really good experience

"Honestly made ER topics feel less overwhelming"
I was feeling lost with ER stuff before, so these lessons were a huge relief. They explained things clearly enough that it finally started to click, and I felt a lot more confident going through the material. Really helpful overall

"Good spot for connecting with ER people"
I used acep.org mostly to find events and see what was going on with other emergency medicine folks. It’s not some fancy complicated thing, which I liked. You go on there, find the events, poke around a bit, and it’s straightforward. The networking side was actually helpful too, not just one of those features that sounds nice but doesn’t do much

"So Glad I Made the Trip"
I went for the conference and left feeling like it was 100% worth the travel. I was tired going in, but by the end I was weirdly energized and kind of obsessed with how much I got out of it.

The sessions were actually useful, not just people talking in circles with fancy slides. I came home with a handful of ideas I can genuinely use at work, which felt like a tiny miracle. Check-in was smooth, the app helped a lot, and yes, I still managed to get lost once because apparently I have the navigation skills of a confused squirrel.

Everyone I met was friendly, the speakers really knew their stuff, and the whole thing felt way more worthwhile than I expected. I’m so glad I went, and I’d absolutely go again next year without even overthinking it.
